Transformational Leadership Coaching

My Coaching Approach:

Transformational Leadership Coaching offers learning and growth that I believe is crucial for building vibrant, just and liberatory organizations, institutions, and movements. My coaching approach supports leaders in defining their vision, taking meaningful action, achieving goals and making real, lasting change. In our coaching relationship you have a confidential place to do some deep, personal reflection. I serve as a partner in making the changes you want by helping you stretch beyond habitual behaviors, mindsets and patterns. I prioritize clients’ values, culture, identities and history in order to support new insights into their strengths and talents and as well as limiting beliefs that may be affecting personal and/or professional growth.

  • White leaders working in multi-racial organizations and teams that are seeking to build their anti-racist leadership practice.

  • Leaders seeking to develop their emotional and relational intelligence

  • Senior Leadership Team Coaching

  • Creation of peer coaching systems and practices

  • Facilitation of white affinity/accountability groups or coaching for affinity/accountability group facilitators
