Shilpa Alimchandani

Shilpa Alimchandani has more than 20 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, and intercultural learning. She is a DEI strategist, leadership coach, and facilitator who partners with clients to develop holistic solutions that lead to transformational change. In her independent consulting practice, Shilpa has conducted DEI assessments, co-created DEI strategies with clients, facilitated high impact workshops, and advised clients on issues of racial equity and justice.

Faith Bynoe

Faith Bynoe is the Founder and Owner of Syncretic Wellness. Her life's mission is to creatively support the health of communities through self-care and mindful leadership. As an Integrative Chaplain, Faith does healing justice and systems work with patients, staff and organizations. Her focus is the intersection of integrative health and spiritual formation through a womanist and racial equity lens. Using this framework, Faith has served thousands, doing individual spiritual care, conducting retreats with community based and national organizations, self-care workshops and healing circles; and as a public speaker staunchly advocating for health equity.  She is a proud New Yorker with Barbadian roots who strives to provide a safe space for people to heal the mind, body and soul. 

 

Elisabeth Garrett Keiser

Elisabeth (Lisa) Garrett Keiser is a leadership consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience with nonprofits and philanthropy and the communities they serve. Lisa partners with other masterful consultants through RoadMap and Strategies for Social Change to support transformational change efforts. For many years, Lisa served as a trainer and delegate with the Indigenous Environmental Network and International Indian Treaty Council, connecting local to global and building leadership in impacted communities. Lisa is also a faculty member at the Institute for Life Coach Training and an accomplished martial artist and certified fearless Yoga instructor at Bending Towards Justice, which she co-founded.

Karimah Nonyameko

Karimah Nonyameko is an award-winning master facilitator with over two decades of experience supporting nonprofit organizations and movement building work as an organizational development consultant, coach, trainer/facilitator, curriculum designer and community organizer. Karimah has lived in every region of the US, and worked with hundreds of local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations and networks supporting social change issues and building relationships across differences. Karimah lives in her home state of South Carolina with her husband and two sons.

Miki Poy

Miki is an experienced education leader, certified coach, and consultant. She is a servant leader, driven by a life-long passion and pursuit of social justice. Miki is also a connector and organizer, with a natural ability for creating belonging. She started her career as a classroom teacher, teaching middle and high school math for ten years. Over the course of a 17 year career, she has been a teacher leader, a nonprofit leader and board member, and a central office leader. Miki founded and leads Metta Consulting, LLC, which partners with organizations and individuals to build the vision, behaviors, and community that will create a just and liberated future.

Erin Trent Johnson

Erin Trent Johnson is a Mother in a Black woman’s body. Erin is the Principal Coach and Founder of Community Equity Partners, a communal wellness hub for leaders, coaches, creatives, and healers. As a coach, facilitator, speaker, and writer, Erin creates the conditions for people to access pathways to freedom, vitality, and creativity with the conscious awareness of the systems of oppression at work. Erin is a certified professional coach with deep experience in embodied racial justice, systems change, transformational leadership development, and organizing. Erin’s coaching helps people reclaim their audacity and imagination rooted in abundant possibility.
